The overall "rules" are under revision - but in a nutshell and based on the type of community we are - please use your professional judgment. If you are a direct sales representative and your company prohibits your products being placed on any online auction site - then that applies to this auction as well. If you are NOT a representative and are getting rid of old products that you no longer use or need - then use your judgment and offer at your own discretion.

You are responsible for the content of your listings and the followup and fulfillment of won bids. If you do not act responsibly, your feedback will reflect this from your bidders. However, questionable auctions will be removed at the discretion of the administrators. This includes but is not limited to "designer" items, licensed "authentic" merchandise, and other items that require a retail agreement from the manufacturer or logo/license holder. Members listing questionable auction items may be suspended temporarily or permanently - again at the discretion of the administrators and based on known best practices in the auction industry.

Commit yourself to responsible and timely auctioning - or in other words, treat others as you expect and deserve to be treated yourself!
